CitiusRemex Rowing Seats

The ProW Adjustable seat pad comes in two different sizes – A ‘low’ model and a ‘high’ model. The vast majority of our customers choose the ProW Adjustable “Low”. This model provides sufficient support for most users and is easy to adapt to. The ProW Adjustable “High” is about 5 mm thicker on the saddle and a couple of mm thicker at the back compared to the Low version. The ProW Abjustable High provides more support and is therefore recommended to users with greater issues e.g. with the lower spine or glutes. The support provided from the ProW Adjustable High seat pad is for some users too extreme and will in general require more habituation.

The short answer is no. However, we generally recommend that if you are +90kg and +190 cm, then you should most likely choose the High model. In other cases, we recommend you to go with the Low version.

Yes, the seats are not made to distinguish between women and men.

The seats are generally shipped once a week. From shipment is made, the delivery time is typically 3-7 working days for deliveries within Europe.

Delivery time overseas (e.g. USA, Canada, Hong Kong), delivery time is typically 7-14 working days.

Delivery time to Denmark is typically 2-4 working days.

Many customers have found immediate benefit using the ProW seat pad. However, you should expect an adoption period of approx. 3-5 training sessions before you will feel completely comfortable using the ProW seat pad. Adaption to the High version may even take a little longer.

For an easier transition and adaption to the shape of the seat, ProW includes an adjustable hardness for the ‘saddle’. The middle section can be adjusted by adding one of the three inserts which can be acquired separately into a hole on the backside of the ProW. The inserts come in three different hardnesses making you able to adjust the seat to your own needs.

The inserts come with Velcro tape making it possible to add the tape to the insert and then fix the insert to the surface on the erg seat or the seat in your boat. This solution ensures that the seat does no slip at all while rowing and at the same time, it is easy to take the seat with you from the boat/erg. You just need to let the little piece of Velcro stay on the seat underneath.

We recommend that the inserts are used together with the seat, however, to meet individuals with lower budgets, we have decided to make it possible to buy the seat separately.

Generally, we take various types of credit cards, however, we don’t offer payment via PayPal.

Improved Fastening Technology. Velcro is attached on the back of the ProW inserts for fastening to your ergometer or rowing seat. Simply mount the detached velcro parts in your boat, and you can then easily move the ProW from the boat to the erg.

CitiusRemex warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original owner and is non‐transferable.

If damage is due to a material or manufacturing defect, CitiusRemex will repair or replace the product free of charge.

CitiusRemex reserves the right to determine if a product will be covered under the warranty. Normal wear, cosmetic blemishes, and damage due to improper use, modification, negligence or transport are not covered under warranty.

Your original invoice is your proof of purchase.

CitiusRemex guarantees every product made. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge, if repairable. If the seat pad is returned within 50 days of purchase, the customer will be refunded the cost of the seat pad and taxes paid. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for returning the ProW in its original packaging.

If you are not satisfied with your CitiusRemex product within 50 days of original purchase, you can return it in original, intact packaging (where relevant) for a full refund by original payment method, less shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return postage. Damage due to improper use, modification, or negligence is not covered under the 50 days money back policy.
